Pedestrian Sundays in Kensington Market is a car-free monthly event in Toronto's Kensington market during the summers. It's been running for a few years now one of many grassroots take-back-the-streets type events that are springing up. I was approached to help out in early 2007 by Yvonne Bambrick who coordinates the website. The site then was being hosted and developed by Jason Diceman who was going to Venezuela and the implementation in Action Apps wasn't quite working for them. So I migrated it to Drupal and they became one of the first hosts on my then-new hosting service where it continues to live happily as one of my pro-bono projects.
